Job Summary
Coating Operator on a coating line responsible for leading machine set ups and changeovers, determining and controlling the coating cycle, performing routine product tests, meeting production schedules, and adhering to SOPs and safety guidelines. The role includes monitoring meters and process variables, recording production data, maintaining equipment, and contributing to continuous improvement and quality initiatives. Must be able to work in a team, follow written and oral instructions, and uphold safety as a core value.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work experience.
