Job Summary
Operate coating equipment in adherence to Standard Operating Procedures while maintaining 100% cGMP compliance. Calibrate spray pumps before new batches, dismantle and clean spray nozzles to remove residual impurities, and verify compressed air filters are free of water. Check nozzle, piping, air pressure, and temperature recorders before batch start, then perform batch record completion with 100% accuracy for QA audits. Enter all data accurately into coating use log books and inform engineering regarding dust collector cleanups to maintain exhaust air pressure. Work the 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday) at the Hauppauge or Brookhaven Plant.
