Job Summary
Operate coating machines to process materials while checking oven temperatures, machine settings, and anilox roll conditions. Troubleshoot production issues, assign personnel tasks, and perform final setup inspections before runs. Manage material usage, flag defective areas on jumbo rolls, and maintain accurate daily notes and data entry. Ensure proper adhesive application, conduct chiller operations, and perform safe lift truck inspections. Keep department equipment clean and follow all safety protocols regarding personal protective equipment. Notify maintenance managers of repair needs and train coater personnel in station operations.

- Wearing proper hearing, foot, eye, and hand protection
