Job Summary
Lead machine setups, product changeovers, and program production sequences to drive performance on coating lines. Monitor meters, gauges, temperatures, and pressures while systematically diagnosing malfunctions to identify root-cause solutions. Perform routine quality tests using standard measuring devices and safely load/unload raw materials and finished products adhering to safety policies and PPE requirements. Actively support preventative maintenance, participate in continuous improvement initiatives like 5S and standard work, and collaborate with team members to hit department goals. This 7pm-7am, 2-2-3 rotation shift requires a mechanically inclined problem-solver with strong attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience
- Commitment to safety as a core value
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work designated shift hours
- Ability to work reasonable overtime
