Job Summary
Coating Line Operator (C9) on 1st shift at Mactac in Moore, SC. Responsible for operating face and liner stations to apply adhesive coatings and lamination, running and monitoring the extruder, and setting up the rewinder. Perform start-up, run-time, and shutdown procedures, follow SOPs and production schedules, troubleshoot minor machine issues, monitor product quality, complete in-process checks, and maintain cleanliness. Communicate with team across shifts and document production and inventory. Requires high school diploma or GED, strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read and interpret production specs and safety instructions, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment. Work involves lifting up to 75+ lbs, standing up to 8+ hours, twisting, bending, and varying temperatures; 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., rotating shifts, weekends; legal work authorization in the US.
Required Qualifications
