Coater

Coater role focused on executing and supervising manufacturing front-end processes to align with production plans and line outputs, ensuring compliance with internal work instructions, safety rules, and applicable regulations (EHS). Responsible for planning or contributing to the unit’s budget, allocating resources, and maintaining manufacturing costs as planned. Performs basic machine-related setup and, if required, CNC/SPS programming, and collaborates with maintenance technicians or external service providers for repairs. Includes preparation of wafers/components/semi-products, processing to specifications and quality standards, reporting any failures or dysfunctions to supervisors, and adhering to all work rules and EHS regulations.
