Job Summary
Place glass on bungees, secure glass on racks, pack A-frames, and prepare racks for shipping while maintaining line cleanliness through sweeping and clearing broken glass. Perform tempering break tests for quality assurance, clean furnace spaces every three months, and ensure safety measures are followed at all times. Assist other departments as needed to support daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing goals. Work a 40-hour week plus optional overtime in a drug-free, climate-controlled facility with upgraded HVAC. Complete pre-employment drug screening and a fit-for-duty physical. Earn up to 52% monthly profit sharing with medical, dental, and HSA benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to frequently lift glass that may weigh up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week plus optional overtime
- Attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Must complete and pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Must complete and pass a fit-for-duty physical
