Job Summary
Protect guests and members at MGM Music Hall Fenway by serving as a resource for information regarding headliner acts, supporting acts, and event timing. Provide assistance on all aspects of the guest experience, balance ticket issuance for revenue, and articulate vocabulary while adapting to the current audience. Anticipate guest needs, ensure safety through proactive interaction and hazard removal, and safeguard against theft and property damage. Adhere to the dress code policy and attend pre-shift meetings with the Manager on Duty. Maintain professional grooming standards and lift up to 25 lbs using proper techniques in a fast-paced, loud environment requiring extended standing.
Required Qualifications

- 1-year work experience interacting with people in a positive environment
- Read, write and speak English fluently
