Job Summary
Operate coat check rooms within established guidelines and procedures while efficiently collecting payment, handling cash, and reconciling transactions at the end of each shift. Answer guest questions regarding venue areas, direct patrons to restrooms, ATMs, and VIP sections, and enforce all venue policies and procedures. Complete required trainings, participate in employee meetings, and serve as a member of the emergency evacuation team directing guests during facility emergencies. Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisors. This role requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and standing for long periods. Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of related work experience
- Positive attitude with effective customer service skills
- Ability to work in varying conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed according to venue schedule
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for long periods of time
