Outpatient Family Medicine physician needed in Monterey Bay Area, CA. 4- or 5-day work weeks in a multi-specialty clinic with 36 providers. Earn potential up to $500k (base $300k + wRVU bonus) plus a $50k recruitment incentive. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401K with match, malpractice insurance, CME + allowance, and PSLF eligibility. Practice is outpatient-only, seeing patients of all ages, in a supported, physician-friendly environment.
