Outpatient Family Medicine opportunity in Monterey Bay, CA. BE/BC Family Medicine physician needed for a multi-specialty clinic; outpatient only, seeing patients of all ages, with a 4- to 5-day work week. Earn an attractive compensation package with a base around $300,000 plus wRVU bonus, aiming to reach up to $500,000 in earnings potential. Includes $50,000 recruitment incentive, 6 weeks of paid time off, comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401K with match), malpractice insurance, CME allowance, and PSLF eligibility.
