Job Summary
Greet guests with a warm smile upon arrival, escort them to tables, and ensure seating arrangements are organized. Provide menus, answer questions, make recommendations, and coordinate with the kitchen and servers for timely service. Assist with reservations and manage the waiting list while maintaining a clean host station. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints to uphold high standards of professionalism. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills
