Job Summary
Support coalition outreach and engagement efforts across multiple constituency groups and regions. Coordinate community events, coalition meetings, roundtables, and stakeholder briefings while maintaining outreach trackers, stakeholder databases, and follow-up systems. Draft outreach emails, briefing materials, meeting notes, and event logistics documents. Conduct research on organizations, community leaders, and coalition opportunities. Manage scheduling and staffing for coalition-related events and meetings to ensure timely follow-up and relationship maintenance with coalition partners and stakeholders. Assist with surrogate and validator engagement efforts across the campaign. Work nights and weekends as needed. Reports to the Deputy Coalitions Director in Austin, Texas, with statewide travel required.

- Access to reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- 1–2 years of campaign, organizing, nonprofit, advocacy, or community engagement experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced campaign environment
- Passion for coalition-building, community engagement, and Texas politics
- Familiarity with GSuite, Microsoft Office, and organizing tools preferred
