Coagulation Technical Lead - Haematology - Dunedin

Provide technical leadership and expertise in routine and specialist coagulation testing while performing, interpreting, and reporting coagulation investigations and peripheral blood films. Participate in the Haematology roster across all departmental areas, support quality management activities including method validation and continuous improvement, and assist with staff training and competency assessments. Work collaboratively with pathologists, clinicians, and laboratory colleagues to deliver high-quality diagnostic services. Requires 5 years' experience in coagulation and haematology blood film morphology, Medical Laboratory Scientist registration with the Medical Sciences Council of New Zealand, and eligibility to work in New Zealand.
