Coaching - Tennis Coach - Girls Head Coach

Coaches the girls tennis program under the athletic director and school principal, guiding practice and competition planning, developing individual players, and overseeing safety and program operations. Responsibilities include disseminating information to players and parents, coaching technical skills, assigning managers and duties, ensuring safe facilities, maintaining season statistics, upholding discipline and sportsmanship, staying current with coaching rules and procedures, establishing eligibility criteria for interscholastic competition, leading injury prevention efforts, managing attendance and equipment, coordinating travel for away games, coordinating off-season training with other coaches, complying with laws and board policies, and communicating program updates to the school and broader community. Requires valid Oklahoma teaching certificate, coaching experience, CPR certification, and Athletic Care & Prevention certification; coaching theory coursework and CDL Safety Education certification are preferred.
