Job Summary
Coaching role for Tennis Coach – Boys Head Coach at a school setting in Ponca City, OK. Responsible for consulting with athletic leadership to set practice and competition schedules, coaching players to develop skills, assigning managers, overseeing safety conditions of facilities, attending practices and games, maintaining statistics and records, enforcing discipline and sportsmanlike conduct, staying current on rules and coaching techniques, establishing eligibility criteria, and coordinating injury prevention and related program activities. Performs school-related communication with parents and the public to promote the athletic program, and performs other tasks as assigned by supervision. Requires valid Oklahoma Teaching Certificate, coaching experience, CPR certification, and Athletic Care & Prevention Certification; 10-month, exempt employment term.
