Job Summary
Manage instructor performance through regular evaluations, training, performance discussions, and improvement plans while partnering with recruiting to identify seasonal staffing needs. Screen, interview, and hire instructors, then develop strong relationships with part-time staff across Nashville territories to create initiatives that elevate core values. Create and manage schedules for instructors, lead regular meetings to discuss new initiatives, and work with operations to identify key performance indicators that improve NPS scores. Coach up to 5-10 sessions per week per season, using these opportunities to train new instructors and showcase the program to stakeholders. This full-time, non-exempt role requires a minimum of 40 hours per week with weekend and weeknight requirements, including hybrid work on the field and remotely.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of experience working in a team in a fast-paced environment
- 1-3 years of event planning or customer service experience
- Experience working or supervising part-time employees
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in G-Suite and MS Office
- Must reside in the Nashville area
