Job Summary
Coaching Manager leads Coaching Consultants to implement and drive performance through coaching and leadership development programs. They observe, evaluate, and provide feedback on coaching sessions to site leadership, design and integrate performance management initiatives, and drive engagement and retention of Coaches and Experts. The role involves analyzing the effectiveness of coaching, conducting one-on-one and group coaching, facilitating leadership sessions, and ensuring a high-quality, inclusive environment aligned with Asurion's core values. Requires experience in coaching, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence senior leaders, with strong emphasis on communication, organization, and data-driven performance improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Coaching Manager or equivalent position
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with PowerBI and AI tools
- Ability to influence Senior Leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience with call center technology and coaching design
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Coaching Manager or equivalent position
