Job Summary
Assist the Head Coach with planning training sessions, scouting, recruiting, video analysis, and individual player coaching. Manage equipment, monitor athlete fitness, and track academic progress while ensuring compliance with NCAA, OAC, and University policies. This twelve-month renewable position offers a $7,000 annual stipend and requires a valid driver's license. Candidates must demonstrate prior varsity experience in the designated sport and uphold core values of integrity and teamwork within the program.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate experience with athletics and / or intramural sports programs
- Prior experience with a varsity program in the designated sport
- Must possess a valid US driver's license within two months of hire date
