Job Summary
Assist the Head Coach with planning and implementing training sessions, scouting, recruiting, video analysis, individual player coaching sessions, equipment management, academic monitoring, and athlete fitness programs. Maintain full compliance with NCAA, Ohio Athletics Conference, and University policies, rules, and regulations. Serve as an assistant coach for every aspect of the program while adhering to core values of integrity, honesty, humility, transparency, respectfulness, diversity, caring, loyalty, and accountability. This twelve-month renewable position includes an annual stipend of $7,000.00 paid monthly. Candidates must hold a valid US driver's license and possess prior varsity experience in the designated sport.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate experience with athletics and / or intramural sports programs.
- Prior experience with a varsity program in the designated sport.
- Must possess a valid US driver's license within two months of hire date.
