Job Summary
Coaching & Development Trainer responsible for the training, development, and retention of staff within Motia Advanced Solutions. Delivers induction and on-the-job training, regular refresher coaching to enhance sales performance and consultative selling, maintains training materials, stays current on telematics products and market knowledge, travels to support training across the UK and Ireland, promotes training on Motia Telematics Advanced Solutions to internal teams, collaborates with Sales Managers and Fleet Sales Director to review progress, ensures compliance with the DCC Code of Conduct and group policies, attends quarterly L&D reviews, and supports broader Antrim offerings with training as needed. Requires strong communication skills, office software proficiency, ability to work independently or in a team, and a full UK driving license. Remote working option available.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a training or coaching role preferred
- Experience working in an office environment essential, preferably with Business to Business Sales experience
- Supervisory skills would be advantageous
- Microsoft Office packages – Word, Outlook and Excel
- Good communicator, both oral and presentation, with a professional confident manner and excellent customer service skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail with ability to organise and prioritise
- Resilience when working under pressure with a strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
- Target conscious and results driven
- Full UK driving license
