Coaching Assistant- Field Hockey

Assist the head coach in organizing, supervising, and controlling all activities related to field hockey; demonstrate leadership and sportsmanship; review NCAA/MAC rules changes; support recruiting goals and enrollment of a diverse group of qualified student athletes for Division III varsity participation; organize and conduct practice sessions, direct activities during contests, and coordinate team travel, housing, meals, and travel itineraries; mentor team members and captains; prepare schedules and collaborate with the Assistant Athletic Director; manage the sport budget and liaise with training staff and equipment room; cultivate alumni groups and schedule facility usage; maintain compliance with athletic department policies and objectives; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
