Job Summary
Coaching and Compliance Manager responsible for onboarding, mentoring, and providing ongoing coaching and professional development support to CAMs, Assistant Managers, and other team members; promote operational excellence by supporting compliance initiatives, developing SOPs, conducting audits and reviews, monitoring adherence to standards, and assisting with process improvement; lead onboarding and training programs, deliver training on community association management, policies, and software; provide ongoing coaching and field support, including community inspections and operational reviews; develop and maintain training programs and materials, stay updated on industry best practices, and assist with technology implementations and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the community association management industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of association operations, budgeting, financial management, governance, vendor management, and industry best practices
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive
- Ability to travel regularly throughout Florida, including Naples, Tampa, and Orlando
- Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation (preferred)
- Experience with policy, procedures, workflows, and process documentation (preferred)
- Experience with audits, quality assurance reviews, or compliance-related activities (preferred)
- Experience with Canva or similar content creation tools (preferred)
- Familiarity with AI tools and emerging workplace technologies (preferred)
