Job Summary
Coaching and Compliance Coordinator providing administrative, organizational, and operational support for training, compliance initiatives, and departmental projects. Responsibilities include onboarding activities for CAMs and staff, coordinating training sessions and materials, maintaining training records, supporting audits and compliance documentation, compiling reports and metrics, and assisting with data entry, SharePoint/OneDrive management, and technology-enabled process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the community association management industry
- Minimum of 2-3 years of administration, training, compliance, project coordination, or related experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism
