Job Summary
One-to-one coaching and support for individuals, with a focus on neurodivergent participants, to help them achieve personal goals. Includes delivering to targets and quality standards, employing motivational and action-planning techniques, assessing strengths and development needs, adapting to participants' needs (group or individual), building confidence, and measuring outcomes using distance travelled methodologies. Requires ability to deliver both online/virtual and in-person coaching, and a Level 5 coaching or teaching qualification (or equivalent substantial coaching experience).
Required Qualifications
- Level 5 qualification in Coaching, or Teaching qualifications or significant coaching experience
- A minimum of two prior years of experience in coaching, managing, or working with disadvantaged groups such as people with neurodiversity and mental/physical health issues, prison leavers and those seeking employment.
- Experience in delivering online/virtual and face-to-face.
- Knowledge of motivational techniques and practices used to support vulnerable groups.
