Job Summary
The Sales Associate at Coach in Chengdu serves as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience and contributing to store sales goals. Responsibilities include building lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise, driving sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, utilizing mobile POS and clienteling tools, leveraging social selling, developing personal sales plans to meet KPIs, sourcing and following up with new customers, managing daily operations (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising), maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom, processing transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), supporting inventory cycles, assisting teammates as required, and participating in brand initiatives and training. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment, experience with POS and live-stream/video demonstrations, and strong English proficiency; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak seasons as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
- Walkie-talkie use
- Ability to read price/release sheets
- Strong English proficiency
