Job Summary

Conduct consistent classroom observations and feedback sessions to support teacher professional improvement, co-teaching, and implementation of Massachusetts Frameworks. Plan and facilitate Professional Learning Academy sessions on the third Thursday of every month, while managing budgets, ordering materials, and analyzing assessment data to develop intervention strategies. Collaborate with District Coordinators, Principals, and team members on ILT, IST, or DCIT to build school leadership capacity, and actively participate in PLCs, faculty meetings, and PD events. Requires a DESE licensed teacher with a Sheltered English Immersion Endorsement, 3+ years of experience, and ability to work with diverse populations.

Required Qualifications

  • Experienced (3+ years)
  • DESE licensed teacher in relevant content
  • demonstrated exemplary teaching and instructional leadership skills
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university
  • Valid Massachusetts Department of Elementary & Secondary Education teacher licensure in grade and subject area appropriate for the assignment
  • Sheltered English Immersion Endorsement for core content teachers
  • Ability to work with diverse population
  • Knowledge of MA Curriculum frameworks, curriculum, instruction, and assessment
  • Knowledge of differentiated instruction and response to intervention
  • Citizenship, residency or work visa required
