Job Summary
The Sales Associate role at Coach involves delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience, driving store sales through cross-selling and upselling, and supporting daily store operations. Responsibilities include representing the brand, building lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise, utilizing POS and clienteling tools (including social selling and short-form video), developing and executing personal sales plans to meet KPIs, sourcing new customers, maintaining relationships, completing operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising), and collaborating with teammates on brand initiatives and inclusion activities. Required qualifications emphasize luxury retail sales experience, POS proficiency, basic tech skills (iPad/laptop), English proficiency, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with live-stream shopping, clienteling, and data acquisition. Preference for luxury retail background, social media savvy, and EU language proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
- Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop)
- Walkie-talkie use
- Ability to read price/release sheets
- Strong English proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
