Job Summary
The Coach for Region 3 is responsible for providing comprehensive life coaching and guidance to individuals transitioning from public assistance to greater self-reliance. This role involves assisting participants in achieving their education and employment goals with a compassionate and supportive approach. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to utilize technology for outreach. Ideal candidates are motivated, committed, and energetic, with a preference for those holding a Master's degree in the human services field and having three or more years of experience in social services.
