Job Summary
Conduct P/T coaching for athletic certification season and serve as head swim coach for girls. Perform other duties as assigned while following adopted policies and procedures in accordance with School Board priorities. Conduct oneself in the best interest of students, supporting the District's Mission Statement. Complete required forms for federal, state agencies, and the School Board, including benefits package documentation. Undergo drug testing and potentially a pre-employment medical examination as designated by School Board Policy 3.96 or 3.961. Provide background screening clearance through the Agency for Health Care Administration and the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse. Comply with all District responsibilities and safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of forms required by federal and state agencies and the School Board
- Completion of forms related to the employee benefits package
- Compliance with School Board Policy 3.10
- Completion of drug testing pursuant to School Board Policy 3.96 or 3.961
- Medical clearance from professionals selected by the School Board (if applicable)
- Physical examination and/or testing for potentially impairing, disabling, communicable and terminal diseases or conditions (if applicable)
- Background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
