Job Summary
Supervise and instruct the assigned middle school sports program for Cross Country, Volleyball, and Flag Football, developing lesson plans, teaching skills, assessing levels, and resolving disputes. Manage participants ages 11-14 during general hours ranging from 2:30 to 5:00 p.m. on M/W or T/TH days. Requires one year of experience in a structured sports program, a background in athletics or coaching, and candidates must be 16 years or older. This part-time role supports Foothills' mission to inspire play and strengthen the community through youth recreation services.
Required Qualifications
- One year of previous experience in a structured sports program
- Must be 16 years+
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with supervising children ages 11-14 years old preferred
- Background in athletics, teaching, coaching and/or competing in assigned field
