Job Summary
Lead and develop teams in a Walmart store by teaching, training and mentoring associates; drive store performance through effective supervision, customer service excellence, merchandising, inventory and operations management; apply Open Door Policy and corporate values to foster belonging and ethical conduct; oversee budgeting, forecasting and expense control for designated store area; ensure shrink reduction, accurate merchandizing, and timely seasonal transitions; provide development opportunities to hourly associates, set clear expectations, recognize performance, and build qualified teams to support growth; use data insights to make decisions that balance customer needs with fiscal targets; coordinate with key stakeholders to implement business initiatives and continuous process improvements; uphold high standards of integrity, service and community engagement across all store operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years college OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience
