Plan daily or short-term team tasks, manage employees, set individual goals, and provide guidance on hiring, performance reviews, and rewards. Oversee store operational areas including inventory, product departments, and sales services, while selecting and developing staff. Execute and maintain product display and sales zone standards. Communicate promotional activities to maximize results and identify product issues based on sales and customer feedback. Supervise, train, and develop employees within the assigned region. Assist the store manager in delivering quality consumer and employee experiences by implementing global and regional plans. Requires five years of retail experience and three years in leadership or supervisory roles.
