Job Summary

The Sales Associate at Coach will act as the brand ambassador, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience in a luxury retail setting. Responsibilities include meeting personal and store sales goals, driving sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations, utilizing POS systems and clienteling tools, and engaging with clients via social selling platforms. You will develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs, source and maintain relationships with customers, and complete daily operations such as cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising. Additional duties include processing transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), supporting inventory cycles, collaborating with teammates, participating in brand initiatives and trainings, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom. The role requires strong English proficiency, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a luxury retail background with comfort in using digital tools for selling and data acquisition.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
  • Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop)
  • Strong English proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
  • Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos
  • Walkie-talkie use
