Coach Network Manager (FTC) - EZRA

Job Summary
Assign coaches to customer programs within your region and ensure they are fully briefed to deliver effectively. Own the performance and health of your bench by managing training completion, contracting compliance, capacity, and workload distribution while addressing performance issues. Drive session management to reduce over-delivery and paid missed sessions, keeping coaches engaged through live calls and community channels. Deliver trainings, mock sessions, and milestone orientations for new coaches, representing your bench in quarterly talent reviews and maintaining accurate records in Bullhorn. This role supports EZRA's growth by maintaining a high-performing, supportive coaching community across your region.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in a delivery role
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with an element of ambiguity
- Able to make quick decisions that balance the right outcome for the business, coaches and customers
- Ability to influence others without direct authority and, at times, challenge the status quo
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with a freelance community strongly preferred
