Job Summary
Plan and conduct regular practices focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship while instructing student-athletes in sport fundamentals. Manage administrative compliance by submitting required paperwork for participation, including rosters, waivers, and health records, and adhere to Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association policies. Schedule non-conference competitions and oversee transportation logistics for all practices and games. Maintain athletic equipment inventories and monitor student-athlete well-being to ensure a safe environment. Submit a resume and cover letter outlining qualifications and commitment to the school's mission.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of the sport
- Experience leading and organizing a team
- CPR certification
- First Aid certification
- AED certification
- Annual Youth Sports Concussion Training Certification
- Successful completion of the MIAA Coaches Education Course

- Previous coaching experience at the middle school or high school level
