Job Summary
Lead 50-minute soccer-themed classes for kids ages 18 months to 9 years at Lil’ Kickers; guide games and activities using structured lesson plans to create a safe, positive, and fun learning environment. Build relationships with the kids and their families, bring energy and enthusiasm, and reliably commit to the full season. Weekend mornings are ideal, with additional weekday morning/afternoon shifts available. Opportunities to grow include Lil’ Kickers Certification and progression from Coach to Mentor Coach to Lead Coach.
