Job Summary
Lead fun-filled, 50-minute soccer classes for kids aged 18 months to 9 years using engaging lesson plans; create a safe, positive learning environment; build relationships with children and families; bring energy and enthusiasm to every class; adhere to the season schedule (weekends and select weekdays); opportunities to become Lil’ Kickers Certified and advance to Mentor Coach or Lead Coach; no experience needed, paid training provided; development-focused, inclusive play, and supportive team culture; role primarily involves leading activities and guiding young players through age-appropriate curriculum.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work with kids and maintain high energy and enthusiasm
- Reliable availability for whole season
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday mornings) preferred; weekday mornings/afternoons also available
