Job Summary
Coach children aged roughly 6 months to 11 years in brain, physical, and character development using the monthly KidStrong curriculum; engage with parents/guardians to explain the curriculum's rationale; ensure classes start/end on schedule; maintain a dynamic, professional demeanor; manage class activities and equipment; record attendance and class data using the KS Coach App; communicate with teammates via Slack; may work a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings, and weekends; prior pediatric OT/PT experience is a plus but not required; must obtain HQ Training and Certification status; coaching across 6-15 children per session and potential private coaching hours.
Required Qualifications
- Experience coaching kids aged 6 months to 11 years preferred
- Ability to teach KidStrong curriculum
- Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians about curriculum
- Willingness to obtain HQ Training and Certification status
