Job Summary
Conduct weekly consultations with newly housed individuals from refugee backgrounds in Voorne aan Zee, assisting with letter explanations, form completion, and municipal guidance on housing, insurance, and finances. Provide post-handling support, help build social networks, and coach newcomers toward self-reliance through clear instruction and creative communication techniques. Maintain records in the refugee follow-up system while fostering independence. Requires minimum two half-days per week, B2 Dutch proficiency, and relevant training adherence. Required Qualifications
- Beschikbaarheid van minimaal 2 dagdelen per week
- Een betrokken en respectvolle houding naar personen met een vluchtachtergrond en collega's
- Inlevingsvermogen, geduld en overtuigingskracht
- Computervaardigheden
- Bereidheid om trainingen te volgen en je aan de richtlijnen en afspraken van VluchtelingenWerk te houden
- Beheersing van het Nederlands op minimaal B2 niveau
Desired Qualifications
- Beheersing van een andere taal zoals Arabisch, Tigrinya, of Farsi/Dari is een pré
