Job Summary
Head Girls Cross Country Coach at Chaska High School leads all aspects of the girls cross country program, plans and conducts practices, training schedules, and meet preparation; promotes sportsmanship, teamwork, accountability, and athlete development; coordinates with assistant coaches, athletic department staff, and families; supports academic success and well-being of student-athletes; organizes team communication, transportation, equipment, and offseason development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Previous coaching and/or competitive running experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with student-athletes, families, and staff
- Must meet all district and state coaching requirements
