Job Summary
Head Boys Baseball Coach responsible for overseeing and managing the boys' baseball program, determining athlete participation during practices and games, promoting the athletic program within the school and community, assisting in the selection and evaluation of assistant coaches, planning and scheduling practices and events with the Activities Director, supervising locker rooms and transport to away events, tending to injured athletes, maintaining equipment and inventories, coordinating with custodians on facilities, and serving as a professional, ethical role model for students while adhering to district policies and the Nebraska Department of Education code of ethics. Requires regular in-person attendance and knowledge/skills related to team management, safety, and community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must possess all required certification and training
