Job Summary
Plan and conduct age-appropriate practices focusing on fundamental soccer skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship for K-5 students. Provide instruction in basic techniques, coordination, and movement while fostering a positive team culture that emphasizes fun, learning, and personal growth. Manage administrative tasks including submitting rosters, health records, and game schedules, and maintain equipment inventory. Ensure all participants meet eligibility requirements and adhere to team expectations. This role supports Codman Academy's mission to develop student-athletes who enjoy physical activity and build foundational athletic skills through a safe, respectful environment.

- Demonstrated knowledge of soccer fundamentals
- Experience working with young children

Desired Qualifications
- Previous coaching experience in early childhood or elementary school sports
- Experience in youth development
- Experience in positive coaching techniques
- CPR certification
