Job Summary
Provide 24-hour security and supervision to ensure the safety of youth in the Columbus Youth Academy residential program. Monitor and document behaviors, join youth during sports and recreation time, and assist and mentor them while they learn and develop within the program. Work 12-hour shifts to create a positive, safe, and supportive environment for at-risk male youth up to age 19.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- one year of experience working with at-risk youth in a direct care position
- 60 hours of college education
- valid Driver's License
- 12-hour shifts
