Job Summary
As a Coach Counselor, provide 24-hour security and supervision to ensure youth safety, monitor and document behaviors, participate with Youth during Sports and Recreation, and mentor Youth as they learn and develop within the program. The role supports comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and mental health services in a residential setting for female youth aged 14–19. Pay is $19 per hour. The position is Part Time or PRN, with on-site work in Tampa, FL.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- valid Driver’s License
- at least one year of experience working with at-risk youth in a direct care position, or 60 hours of college education
