Coach responsible for staff management, planning daily/short-term tasks, training employees, supporting personal development, and providing input on recruitment, performance evaluations, and recognition. Oversees store operations in assigned area (inventory, product, sales/service), selects and develops staff, maintains product displays and sales area standards, communicates promotional activities to maximise results, identifies product issues and opportunities from sales and customer feedback, and supervises and trains employees within the specified region. Assists store manager in delivering premium consumer and employee experiences and implements global and regional plans to drive business results.
