Job Summary
Review completed survey forms, questionnaires, and materials for accuracy and completeness while monitoring, coaching, and training enumerators during data collection. Coordinate a team of up to 20 Enumerators by communicating with the Enumerator Manager to achieve successful and efficient data collection. Complete surveys as needed while managing your workload. This part-time, non-exempt remote position requires candidates to reside in West Virginia or SW Virginia and offers competitive hourly pay, performance bonuses, and career development opportunities within a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing American food and agriculture communities.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma and one year of college or work experience
- Experience in data collection
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentations skills
- Superior interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- High level of independence in day-to-day tasks
- Self-motivated
- Team player
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented work environment
