Job Summary
Coach responsibility includes teaching volleyball skills and techniques, developing team systems and strategies, and providing a safe, competitive environment with properly planned practices and contests. The role requires leadership, energetic communication, and the ability to build positive relationships with student-athletes and families. Inspecting and maintaining inventory and equipment, reporting contest results, and enforcing national, state, and local athletic policies are also required. A Nebraska teaching and/or coaching credential is required.
Required Qualifications
- Nebraska Department of Education Teacher Certificate
- Nebraska Department of Education Administrative Certificate
- Nebraska Department of Education Special Services Coaching Permit
