Job Summary
Plan, organize, and manage the middle and upper school strength and conditioning program. Support the experience of students and faculty by embracing the school's mission, vision, and core values, including the Flint Hill Statement of Institutional Equity and Inclusion. Report to the Head Coach and Director of Athletics, with preference for candidates who can coach multiple sports or fulfill additional full-time faculty or staff roles. Competitive pay rate of $4,500 for the 2026-2027 school year.
