Job Summary
Assist Jr High boys cross country coach in Cedar Falls, IA, reporting to the building principal via the athletic director/activities coordinator. Provide knowledgeable coaching, motivate students, maintain a positive atmosphere, ensure safety and conduct during practices/events/trips, instill good sportsmanship, enforce student codes of conduct, plan and communicate practices and goals, keep administration/parents informed, and maintain forms, inventories, and school property records. Requires valid Iowa coaching authorization, a coaching contract approved by the Board of Education, and a certificate of physical examination.
